Company was started in year 2003 for providing Pure Technical Consulting Services for Boiler and heating system, to save energy and optimize new project cost. It is clear to us that, company does not want to sale products (tie up with any manufacturer) or take contacts or Royalty out of savings accrued due to our involvements.
In last 20 years, company has carried out 305 different assignments, 138 different clients and 51 of them has given us repeat business (around 37% repeat clients).
We have targeted for savings of Rs. 10 Crore per year of fuel and power. Till now we have achieved more than Rs. 6 Crores equivalent fuel and power savings.
We provide services to various industries, like Agro product processing, Cement industry, Corrugated Box manufacturers, chemical industry, Paper Mills, Pharmaceuticals industry, Starch industry, Textile industry, etc.
Product Description:
We have three major services:
(A) Thermal Audit - Study of operational plant and submitting report for(i) energy conservation, (ii)overcoming bottleneck, and (iii) design for upgradation. Followed by report submission, we constantly remain in touch with our clients for successful implementation of Audit proposals.
(B) Consultancy Services - for upcoming projects, we get involved right from boiler specification stage, deciding right type of boiler based on locally available economical fuel, boiler layout design, selection of pollution control equipment, chimney, steam piping design, condensate recovery system design etc. We have successfully completed 27 different boiler projects, till September 2023. (in last 20 years). Boiler capacity ranges from 1 TPH up to 45 TPH with co-generation plant.
(C) Engineering Solutions - Small but focused activities like, boiler efficiency checking - fine tuning, boiler capacity trails, Steam trap / Valve checking services, process control automation services, etc.
for corrugated Box plants, we have provided services to 17 different clients for thermal Audit, Consultancy services and engineering solutions. We have provided 9 different boiler projects ' consultancy services, (out of 27) for corrugated box plant. We have provided services to pan India and abroad.
